How to configure fencing idrac5 for redhat

i have a both Database Server, running redhat version 7.4
These run on 2 Dell Server Physical R740.
i install pacmaker, and added cluster.
Next step i configure Fence Device.
My question :

I going to choose IP of IDRAC Dell for Fence Device, but have 2 IP for IDRAC on 2 Dell Server, so i will what next step ?

In Cluster Web Gui of Pacemaker have resource tab, how is to configure it ?

Help me !
