Kernel Changelog Not Updated for 3.10.0-862.3.3

After updating to kernel 3.10.0-862.3.3.el7.x86_64 the changelog did not seem to have info on the 3.3 version. Changelog info starts at 2.3 but should be 3.3. I have rebooted and running on the 3.3 kernel. I realize I can Google That Stuff (GTS), but I was just wondering.

I've conducted a complete "yum update" as well and rebooted.

Is there a process or service I can kick to get the yum changelog to update?
