LibreOffice Versions on Rhel 7.5

My new Rhel 7.5 Desktop comes with LibreOffice 5.3, but currently the latest version of LibreOffice is 6.0.5. So i had to do a manual download to install the latest version. Why does Redhat not flag it an update, so that the system will install it when i run an update on my machine,
