Printed Study Materials for RHLS User

Hello,

i just wondering if its possible for RHLS User to order printed Study Guides somewhere. During my last exam i was going for Classroom Exam instead of Kiosk and see that the participants of the course had printed stuff. I know that this may is complicated but is there any way to order printed stuff? Its nice to have it as PDF but printed material gives you the option to use text markers and stickers with comments which a PDF doesn't. I am willing to pay for it so i dont expect to get something free of charge but just want to know if there is an option for and if yes were.
