Some Application Load times very long

Latest response

some Applications are taking too long to load on my RHEL system. i have noticed that its only the applications i have installed that are taking long to load i.e qbittorent, Vmware workstation, thunderbird, Wireshark. These apps take about 40 Seconds to apear on the screen from the time you click on the icon.

All other Applications that were installed during the OS install process load super snappy fast. so im not sure were the prob is. i reformated my system, before i was using same RHEL 7 and everything was working super snappy. so im not sure what wrong this time around. CPU and RAM are super fine. no sign of HIGH CPU or RAM filling up.
i enabled FSTRIM as seen from some blogs but still no change

systemctl enable --now fstrim.timer
 fstrim -v /

Below are my system specs just in case
