gwcli error on first run

Hi
I have a cluster of 2 nodes running iscsi gateway nodes and i want to add 2 more nodes as a seperate cluster for second target . After all the pre-requisites and installation i get the below error .

[root@dn16-ceph-eaa ~]# gwcli ls
KeyError: 403
[root@dn16-ceph-eaa ~]#

What could be the problem ? My iscsi-gateway.cfg looks lke this

[config]
cluster_name = ceph
gateway_keyring = ceph.client.admin.keyring
api_secure = false
trusted_ip_list = 10.0.0.1,10.0.0.2
