rsyslog missing omfdw and omrelp modules

we have Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7.5 (Maipo) with Kernel: Linux 3.10.0-693.17.1.el7.x86_64

rsyslog version is 8.24.0, and there is no omfwd or omrelp module available.
