Protected Repo Sync

Hello,

I'm currently running Satellite 6.3.1 and am trying to get the private nginx repository to sync to pulp. However, this repo is secured with an ssl key. The normal method with a GPG key doesn't work. I did see that foreman can pull this using pulp-admin but that doesn't seem to exist on Satellite.

Any suggestions?
