Kubernetes on RHEL

I've worked on kubernetes with ubuntu and am looking for same or similar features on red hat. I came across OpenShift and Ansible but am still unclear about its installation and working, is there any step by step setup documentation available? Also if anyone could suggest which one should I go ahead with
