Oracle 12C Universal Installer Problems

Issue:
When Oracle Universal Installer is launched, we are presented with a white screen but no buttons or other content is rendered properly.

We are looking to deploy several Oracle databases in our RedHat cluster, however, we are running into an error when launching the installer via a GUI.
We have xrdp enabled and working, and this has been the only gui related issue we've run into where we are running into a blank while Oracle Installer appears to be working properly with no actual errors.

Any help or direction is appreciated.
