Why SpamAssassin still 3.3.1 in redhat 6

Hi,

i want to update our spamassassin version on Redhat EL6. But spamassasin is now version 3.4.1 .

İ found this package
https://centos.pkgs.org/6/psychotic-ninja-plus-x86_64/spamassassin-3.4.0-13.el6.x86_64.rpm.html

is it posssible update from sA from 3.3.1 to 3.4.0 with

yum update ./spamassassin 3.4.0-13.el6x86_64.rpm

command ?
