can not download with an active subscription

Hi,

I have 1 active subscription (30 Day Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Self-Supported Evaluation), but I can not download the "Red Hat Enterprise Linux" product. The download page redirect me to the "Active Subscription Required" page. Ok let's activate -the active subscription - , I enter the Installation number in the xxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx format, submit and get the "This subscription number has already been activated".
So I got stuck in this infinite loop.
Question: how can I download the specified product?
