Rsyslog configuration and performance

I would like to understand few things on rsyslog.

1. What is the standard configuration of rsyslog for sending log to remote server with queue assisted(high number of logs)?
2. What is the maximum number of log can be send by rsyslog at any scenario?
3. How can we get the number of logs send by the client to the syslog server?
