How to move OS from RAID 0 to RAID 1

Hi,

Currently, Server have OS on RAID 0. But i want to move OS data to RAID 1 from RAID 0. Could you please provide the detailed steps for this migration.

Current configuration.

  logicaldrive 1 (558.7 GB, RAID 0, OK)

  physicaldrive 1I:2:1 (port 1I:box 2:bay 1, SAS, 300 GB, OK)
  physicaldrive 1I:2:2 (port 1I:box 2:bay 2, SAS, 300 GB, OK)
