If you have windows 10 clients that can not reach a Red Hat Linux Samba share, consider the solution ID above.

It helped resolve the issue with a customer I work with.

In short, go to the [global] section of the smb.conf and add a line to that section

max protocol = SMB2

If needed, submit a case with Red Hat.
