Slow sync from satellite6 to capsules

Hi!

I'm currently trying out different content-view / composite content view layouts. Therefore I need to sync content to capsules repeatedly. Sync times is pretty lengthy, even if I have made just minor changes and run "optimized sync" it lasts for 20+ minutes.
My capsules is not very beefy, but I have 8GB memory and 4 cpus (on VMware) which should be enough for now. I have less than 10 test nodes.

The sync progress bar is also often stuck on for instance 10% for a very long time and can be regarded as a indication that sync is running rather than the progress.

What is your experiences with syncing and do you have any optimization tricks that I can implement to reduce sync times?
