Boot loop after disable THP (transparent hugepages)

I used this guide https://access.redhat.com/solutions/1320153 to disable the THP.

I'm on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.4 (Maipo) with kernel 3.10.0-693.11.1.el7.x86_64 on WMwave.

Now the server is always rebooting (it's waiting: "a start job is running for dev-mapper-vg_root\x2dlv_usr.device" - please check the jpg)

I tried to go to rescue mode but doesn't work (black screen)

How can I fix it?
