Porting custom RHEL 7.3 from one machine to another machine

Hi,
We have ported RHEL OS 7.3 in PC and customized hot key settings (like ALT+Q for opening Qt application,CTRL+I for GUI application,CTRL+T for Terminal) and also removed some unwanted services. Now we want to port this custom OS to another PC such that the changes in OS and hot key settings remain same.

        The changes or custom setting is not visible if i try to boot the generated vmlinux image in another PC. Is there any way, i could port the complete hardisk image into another PC. 

Any suggestion or help on this,
