Graphical Login-Screen not working

I have the problem that, despite me installing the server OS with GUI, the LogIn-Screen is not working properly...
To be more exact, I assume it is only showing the background image (Screenshot attached).
Switching to the Text-LogIn (Control-Shift-F3) works perfectly fine. Swítching back and It is still not working...
