PEER PROBE FAILS FOR IPV6 IN 3.13 GLUSTERFS RELEASE VERSION

Using 3.13 release, not able to perform peer probe for IPV6.It works fine for IPV4. Error is "err, , [root] Error peer probe: failed: Probe returned with Transport endpoint is not connected".
However using old release 3.10 we are able to do the same for IPV6 also.
