Need to auto-start VMs (pinned to a particular host) after the host server recovery.

Hi,

We have pinned the VMs to run on a particular host due to limited hardware resource. This disabled the HA option for the VMs. Is there any other way to configure the VMs so that the pinned VMs will be started automatically after the host server recovery (in case of power outage/manual power on&off of this host server)?
