what RHEL 7.4 package to install for the platform director?

Hi,
I am new to RH OpenStack Platform 12. I am going to use the minimum requirement for 3 systems.
question: what RHEL 7.4 packages do I choose to install for Platform director, compute nodes and controller nodes?
I have rhel-server-7.4-x86_64-dvd downloaded. do I just chose the "minimal Install" or I need "Virtualization Host" for base environment?
Typically I would add "Development Tools" for add-ons, do I also need the "Virtualization Platform" installed?
