starter marked trust and launch after yum update

Hello all,

after update my system (3.10.0-693.17.1.el7.x86_64 for example)
via yum (yum update all)
i got from every launcher, which i set on my desktop (gnome classic) a sign to mark it as trusted.
example in attachement
So i have to mark the launcher, mark it as trusted and it works.
for me its only an issue, but i want to understand the underliing technic, to fix this.
Can you explain me, what´s the reason for this effect ?
