Arp request was still sent to clients even there are corresponding entries in the ARP cache

Hi All,

After install RHEL7.4 (3.10.0-693.11.1.el7.x86_64) on one of our server, we find that the arp request will still be sent to the clients even if there are corresponding entries for those clients in the ARP cache of the server. We didn't see this issue when RHEL7.3(3.10.0-514.26.2.el7.x86_64). Any comment on this issue?
