Unable to see RHCE and RHCSA certificate with certificate ID

Hello,

with the help of request RHT0291319 my ID's (130-204-407) & (160-102-125) has been merged but still I am unable to see my RHCE and RHCSA certificates under my current ID (160-102-125) , if the ID's has been merged then I should be able to see it.

could you please let me know were is the issue .? why I am unable to view my RHCE and RHCSA certificates ?

Also I am requesting please let me know that to get RHCA I only need to upgrade EX300 ? As its upgrading to the latest version we only need to have latest EX300 ?

Requesting you to clear my doubt !
