Following instructions to set up client on Page 15 -- Red_Hat_Single_Sign-On-7.1-Authorization_Services_Guide-en-US.pdf

The 'Authorization' tab does not appear (screenshot attached).

Have I missed a config or not with 7.1 of RH-SSO?
