unable to access "http://li.nux.ro/download/nux/dextop-testing/el7/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml"

When I try to install NUX.repo it always gives problems.
The repo site "http://li.nux.ro/download/nux/dextop-testing/el7/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml" can't be accessed.
The GPG-KEY can't be downloaded
problem arises when i try to install Adobe reader and VLC

Any comment or advices
