How to know when Red Hat issues a maintenance update

Hi folks
I am new to Red Hat support
Our specific interest is Openstack
Is there any way to get a notification when a Maintenace update is released - like latest for RHOSP 10 is Maintenance Release Z5
Can I get a notification to tell me that Maintenance Release z5 is now available
