Feedback on navigation of RH Docs

Hi,

One thing I am finding annoying: when I navigate from one page to the next, the table of contents on the new page starts out scrolled back to the top. In the case of a document with a lengthy TOC index, I have to keep scrolling the TOC back down to the page where I am up to (often needed when skimming through documentation rather than reading the whole thing from cover to cover).

When going to a new page, ideally the scroll position of the TOC should be set such that the page you are currently viewing is visible.
