Need help with subsciption manager.

Tonight I fired up my machine and for some reason one of the files needed to boot up was missing. So rather than try and figure out what the heck was going on I decided to re-install the OS from scratch. The OS is back up and running but I am having trouble with the subscription manager. It is telling me "No service level will cover all installed products. Please manually subscribe using multiple service levels via the multiple subscriptions tab or purchase additional subscriptions." When I go to the All Available subscriptions tab it is saying there are not active subscriptions. Even after pressing the update button. On the RH web site it shows that I do in fact have an active subscription.

This is for the RHL desktop. How do I get the subscription manager to recognize that I have a legit subscription?
