Patches for standalone Devices(REDHAT 6)

To Whom It May Concern,
Please provide detail information to download patches for my standalone red hat 6 Devices.

I have standalone devices that can not connect to the internet; How can I download individual patches to update my red hat 6, security patches.

Also is there a way to download accumulates patches back as far as 2015?
