I have the same network problem with Red Hat 7.2.

I just installed 7.2 on virtual machine hosted by ESX 5,5, configured network, it worked fine. but after reboot, the VM lost public network connection. I have to logon console then run following command to enable network connection:

    service network restart.

What's the root cause? how to fix it?

The following are output of nmcli:

    nmcli dev status

    virbr0 bridge connected virbr0

    ens192 ethernet connected ens192

    ens224 ethernet connected ens224

nmcli con show ens192 | grep auto
