Content view contains errata but not corresponding RPMs

I have seen similar knowledge base articles related to older versions of Satellite, but nothing applicable to Satellite 6.2.11 and RH 7.4 on both client and Satellite server.

I currently have about 20 pending errata.

I can see them under Errata, and add them to my content views. I see a new point-release of the various content views that contains the errata, but they do not contain the corresponding RPM.

For instance, my content views contain Erratum RHBA-2017:2577, but do not contain the corresponding update to the binutils package, which in this case would be release 2.25.1-32.base.el7_4.1 . The RPM does exist in my Library/Default Organization View.

If I publish a new version in my content view, all the latest RPMs are added correctly, but I do not want to do that.
