Xephyr was removed since RHEL 7.0

I just found out that xorg-x11-server-Xephyr was removed on RHEL 7.0 but I can't find a reason why it was removed. Does anyone know why? or if there's an alternative way of installing it on RHEL 7.0+. Any help will be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
