RHEL SAT 6.2 install error

Hi

I have now been looking around and tried various things and I keep getting this when I install the above. It is a fresh install.

/Stage[main]/Foreman_proxy::Register/Foreman_smartproxy[mysatser.company.com]: Could not evaluate: Proxy mysatser.company.com cannot be registered (Could not load data from mysatser.company.com
Report processor failed: Could not send report to Foreman at mysatser.company.com/api/reports: 407 "authenticationrequired"

Has anybody seen this on a new install?
Where do I go from here?

I have seen similar errors during upgrade, but this is not an upgrade.
