NetSupport Manager

I am using a product called NetSupport Manager - Multi-Platform Remote Control software. The management s/w is only available on Windows and has a client RHEL
application. When connecting to the RHEL the session disconnects after each action. Connect > enter username it disconnects. Connect > enter passwd it disconnects.
I am using Netsupport v 12.5 with RHEL 6.4.
Any help would be appreciated.
