How do I manage unix user/accounts from IDM server ?

I have a IDM test machine setup and few other IDM client test machines for the testing purpose. How Do I manage UNIX accounts/users of those test machines ( RHEL 6.9/7.2 ) from IDM server? Like I want to be able to add/delete users, change passwords etc. from the main IDM server.
