hosted-engine deploy setup failed at end

Hi

We are deploying self-hosted engine on HPE ProLiant DL360p server using the command “hosted-engine --deploy”. At the end of the deployment, it said “ Engine is still not reachable, waiting” and finally the deployment is showed as failed.
Now my queries are:

1) what is the reason for this failure?
2) Even though, the deployment script showed the failed status, I can still open the RHV-Manager GUI via its FQDN. But I cannot see any hosted-engine VM there. Is there any procedure (like manually restarting particular services on the host or RHV-Manager) to fix this so that I can get back the setup to normal healthy condition?
