RH OSP 11 Networking with pre-configured nodes

Hi, we are deploying OSP 11 where controllers, network nodes, compute and ceph nodes are pre-configured, so we are following this part of the DOC : https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/11/html-single/director_installation_and_usage/#chap-Configuring_Basic_Overcloud_Requirements_on_Pre_Provisioned_Nodes

The thing is that the nodes have already also, pre-configured the linux bond interfaces with vlan tagging.
So my question is, how can i make the overcloud configuration happen to specify that all interfaces and networks are already created, and those must be used, but the undercloud must do nothing with them regarding configuration, but must use them to provision services listening in the right interfaces.
