Use JBoss BRMS 6 to author rules and use in a non live environment

Hello everyone,

As far as I understand the real time execution server is pretty important to the functioning and benefit realisation of the JBoss BRMS system.

However I have run into the problem that my development team are not interested in using the API and so do not want to use the BRMS real time decision server, and instead want me to author the rules in Business Central and then provide a 'flat output file' - asserting that they don't care what format it is in, as long as it contains all of the rules, data models, data and etc.

Is that something that the Red Hat JBoss BRMS can actually do?
