How to install and configure HA for the DogTag in OpenStack Project Babican

There are four types of Barbican plug-ins.
1. Crypto : It is not suitable for the production environment because it is vulnerable
2. PKCS#11 Crypto : Need to purchase HSM separately
3. KMIP : Key management solution required separately
4. DogTag : OpenSource

So, what we need for our open-stack platform is dogtag. But, I can not find any guides that are appropriate for RHEL7 environment.
