RHOSP 10 NFV discussion

Is it suppossed to be obvious what CPU you are using in the examples in the NFV documentation. The examples, for instance, CPU pairing of 4 and 20 are not obvious. I know this is based on a particular size of CPU but without knowing it, I am not seeing the criteria of the selection.

Also, examples shown are wrong but I already opened a case against this and it is being investigated.

Also, it would be good to know how non-dpdk networks are resolved on a DPDK node. For instance, it is common in NFV to support both signaling interfaces (non dpdk) and media (dpdk) networks are in the same VM.
