Adding RHEL Host server to RHV-Manager is failing

I have one RHV license and 1 RHEL license.

On my 1st Server:
- I installed RHV 4.1 package and subscribed my system with RHV license and setup self-hosted engine.

On my 2nd server:
- I installed RHEL OS and subscribed my system with RHEL license.

Problem:
When I am trying to add my 2nd server to RHV-Manager, it is failing and saying that "Failed to install Host rhelHost107.nec.com. Failed to execute stage 'Setup validation': Cannot locate vdsm package, possible cause is incorrect channels."

Queries:
Do I need to subscribe my 2nd server with RHV license too? (RHEL license + RHV license)
