RHEV-H: installation fails with "Pane is dead"

Hi Guys.

I have tried to install few versions of RHEV-H (4.1 , 4.0 , 4.0.7) on two physical servers, but i get the following error for both:
exception attributeerror 'nonetype' object has no attribute udev_unref
rhev-H: installation fails with "Pane is dead"
Please note that i do not get any problem when i install it on VM.

Please advise.
