Attempting incremental content view export, but still get the whole thing

So I'm running this command:

hammer content-view version export --id 12 --since 03-01-2017 in an attempt to grab the RPMs from that content view ID that have a timestamp of 03-01-2017 or later, but I'm still getting all the product RPMs instead. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance for any help.
