If any features/functioning restriction in 60 days Evaluation trial license when comparing with commercial license

Hi Team,
Just wanted to know from the features & functioning point of view if there are any differences between 60 Days Evaluation license & Commercial license or the Evaluation license comes with the full accessibility of testing all the functionalities of the Openstack.
