How to get RHEL patches at once

Hello,

I would like to survey RHEL as the OS of our product, so here is a question about RHEL kernel maintenance. If I want to maintain RHEL kernel tree on our local machine, I've found patches in https://access.redhat.com/labs/psb/ could be downloaded and applied on our local kernel tree, but this web page only allow me to download patch one by one, is there any way for us to download patches at once? Should we have to purchase particular service or subscription?
