question how to resize xfs from 300 GB to 50 GB

if i have been create disk lvm and create mount root / and device /dev/mapper/vg-lvroot with filesystem xfs with size 300GB if i would like to resize / to 50 GB
but i know xfs can't resize partition disk but i hop anyone can help me provides the solution for resize / root with filesystem xfs
