Red hat Openstack Director Repo

Linux Version: Red hat 7.3 (Trail version)
We are trying to install Director but while subscribing for repos we are unable to find the entitled pool for director in the available repo list.

sudo subscription-manager register with newly created REDHAT ID
sudo subscription-manager list --available --all ==>but in available list, entitlement pool for the Red Hat OpenStack Platform director is missing.

Could any one help, How we can enable "entitlement pool for the Red Hat OpenStack Platform director ".
