Install of RH Enterprise Linux 7.3 freezes at "installing microcode_ctl"

I am installing RedHat Enterprise Linux 7.3 onto a CISCO UCS C240 M4 server and it is freezing at "installing microcode_ctl (502/566) and not continuing.

The downloaded onto DVD version of RedHat I am using is: rhel-server-7.3-x86_64-boot.iso

Can anyone comment on why this is freezing and causing the machine to hang and not proceed any further?
